Absolutely amazing! I was gifted a massage at Inner Harmony that was used today and I've already made my next appointment. I selected a relaxation massage and Teri was so kind and excellent; I left there feeling better than I have in a long time. Location is great and the atmosphere was so lovely - I also really loved the calming scents in the air. I can't wait to go back! Thank you!

I just can’t say enough about my visit. Spent 6 years in the area & moved from one unqualified m. therapist to another & then I quite literally stumbled upon Teri. I’m a long time suffer of migraine headaches & I constantly have angry neck & back muscles. I’m two days out since my first visit & my back is over 60% better & nothing more than a very slight headache so far (which is almost unbelievable)! If I feel this good after one visit the sky is the limit! Teri’s talent & knowledge won’t disappoint!!

The massage therapy received at Inner Harmony Therapeutic Bodywork is by far the most comprehensive treatment I have experienced. I have had a history of extreme nerve damage and muscle issues in the past. With her training and expertise, Teri has brought about a complete restoration of my body to its full functionality. To not live with the pain and disability any longer is more than I ever hoped for. I had assumed I would have limitations and pain, but with her patient, well thought out therapeutic approach, Teri was able to do the miraculous!!! I cannot thank her enough!!!!

Easily the best massage I have ever had. I have had many massages (probably over 100) in my lifetime at over 8 different places across the central region and none have come close to the one I had here. Teri completely catered the massage to my preferences. Other places have asked what I am looking for and just follow their same routine start to finish regardless of any requests on what to focus on. I told Teri how I preferred the pressure in different areas and she was able to avoid spots I didn’t love and focused on the areas I needed. I won’t be going anywhere else! Loved it!

I started seeing Teri a little over a year ago, and ive had multiple bodily problems everything from shoulders,sciatic,and knee pain and she always makes me feel better in the physical body and helps me with peace of mind as well! She is a greatly skilled and knowlegeable Massage Therapist! Love her!
